ABOUT TAV AIRPORTS HOLDING CO.
TAV Airports Holding Co. is a success story written through the accumulation of knowledge, experience and creativity in the field of airport operations, one of world’s most difficult sectors.
TAV Airports Holding Co., which was established in 1997 as a joint venture of the Tepe and Akfen Groups, has consistently completed its construction projects rapidly. TAV grew into a success story in its sector within a very short period of time, becoming a global brand through its accumulation of knowledge, highly qualified human resources and cutting-edge technologies in both airport construction projects and airport operations, a completely new field. In line with the targets it set for itself, TAV reorganized in 2006 by separating its “operations” and “construction” activities into TAV Airports Holding Co. and TAV Construction. After this reorganization TAV Airports Holding Co. staged a public offering of its shares in February 2007. TAV continues to add new achievements to its successful activities every year and works hard to represent Turkey in the best light. TAV Airports operates the Istanbul Atatürk, Ankara Esenboğa Airport Domestic and International Terminal, Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal and Antalya Gazipaşa Airports in Turkey. It also operates the Tbilisi and Batumi Airports in Georgia, Monastir Habib Bourgiba and Enfidha Airports in Tunisia and Alexander the Great and St. Paul the Apostle Airports in Macedonia.
